My view is that there is little buying interest. Someone picking up small lots here or there and the rest of the volume coming from the market maker at the time. When there is news or some other event, volume picks up and retail buyers emerge. I was responsible for much of the volume on the day volume was 160k. This tells me the stock is just going to stagnate and fluctuate around the .25 to .30 range until something material takes place.
The most positive factor to get the stock moving is someone or an entity buying shares that exceed several hundred thousand shares over the course of a week or two leading up to positive results and it will keep moving.
I suspect this next quarter will not be impressive and the most we can get is information the how they are on track to deliver on their own schedule/goals/objectives which boost confidence.
