Mike doesn't need mcic just like mcic doesn't need mike. My guess is, way back when, mike realized opportunity and growth with tract and finally found someone (mcic/pl) that said they would back it/partner in the construction. Mikes motivation is probably first to build it and make $, then have some interest.

Imho from so of the math that many of us are doing.
The amount of shares some of us owned, the price &/or cost avg. is where many are sitting, then you look @ certain strike prices to pull the trigger & one can realize that the share price does not even have to come close to a dollar to make a substantial windfall.
Now you put in perspective of exchanging free shares & the committment for it to either reach a certain price or x amount of time before a person can pull the trigger, well as I say any of us can do the math to figure out & crunch some numbers.
Mike & others who are teamed up with MCIC will be able to come out looking pretty good even if they did a partial sell & they hold on to say 1-2 years for example, then yeah, I WOULD SAY WITHOUT BIAS EVERYONE WILL MAKE A LOT OF MONEY IN THE LONG-TERM WITH THIS VENTURE!!
Thank you!

Okay I have to refrain from referring to posters by name because I get deleted. So now we discuss the share structure. At 1,750,000,000 shares, Paul has a lot of shares like he wants and it allows him the opportunity to do just like he wants to bring in others to create a corporation of partners. That's how I see it Mike will be right there. 1 share equals 1/1,750,000,000. Paul will not go private because this shell is probably just the way he wants it to make this all happen. That's how I see it.

I bet Paul has every intention to make this happen. I am glad to have the huge position I have and believe it is going to be the deal of a lifetime.

Also the weather insert-text-herethe number one issue. It's at the forefront and until it is cleared up the others like financing etc. are secondary. Once the land is ready to grade they will become primary.

I don't think I made a point here. Shareholders are important. Take a bow but stay out of Pauls hair. It's those 490 million shares that will drive the value of the 1,750,000,000 shares through the roof on the run. Do the math, at .10 100,000,000 shares will be worth 10 million but 200 million for the rest. At a dollar, the corps shares will be worth 2 billion. So 2 billion in shares and a company making millions will be something Paul will make happen. It's a big prize.
