sonic: Just want to add that although normally the Commission decision should be in 60 days, they sometimes have extended that time.
In case 337-819, the Commission extended their decision date, which should have been o/a May 28, until Jul 2, at which time they agreed to review certain aspects of the ALJ's determination.
From the Commission notice, dated May 28.
"On March 26, 2013, the presiding administrative law judge (“ALJ”) issued a final initial
determination (“ID”) finding a violation of section 337. On April 8, 2013, complainant Elpida
and Nanya filed petitions for review of the ID.
The Commission has determined to extend the time for determining whether to review
the ID until July 2, 2013. The Commission has further determined to extend the target date for
completion of the investigation until August 30, 2013."
