#2172 RE: tdbowieknife #2170

BIZM has green light from SEC to trade. Im sorry but your statement suggests that you have been misinformed. BIZM was only suspended on a technicality for delayed filing by the SEC so the SEC could track and endict the Argentinians who had forged certificates of shares and had used them to enter and manipulate the stock for personal gain.

The Argentinians are out of the picture now and the recent healthy sustainable gains in this stock reflect this.

Purely speculation on this next part but I suspect the Argentinian criminals might be linked to one or more of the leather good suppliers doing business with Entertainment Arts. Argentina is well know for producing high end leather goods, particularly brand name accesories, and more importantly, handbags.

Argentina is also know for its black market and forgery of said soft goods. Therefore its completely plausible that shares of EA were given to or acquired by one or more Argentina suppliers and from there they were sold to or fell into the hands of the organized ring of Argentinian market manipulators. The SEC has said all of EA stocks had been sold prior to the change of name and business model to Biozoom so this rules out BIZM as suspect since the original shares would have been registered before they were sold off.
