The SEC did not give a "green light" for Biozoom to trade. By law the SEC can only suspend a stock for 10 Trading days. That suspension expired and it now trades on the Grey Market where it will eventually die.
Distribution of restricted shares are being investigated by BIZM per the 10K/A. BIZM stated in the 10-K that no current employees were involved and their attorney had not issued an Opinion Letter to release any shares. Per your enlightenment re Argentina being a black market for leather goods, it makes clear how the former EA employees could be in contact with the Argentinians since EA was a leather goods manufacturer.
The SEC has not charged BIZM with any wrongdoing. They suspended trading while investigating. The investigation found the Argentinians guilty and they were charged.
