Well IMO if you have had any conversation with Paul or the right people in the DC area you would firmly believe that buying at this level is not an issue. I believe MCIC will be a player in the area and I also believe that this price when you look back a few years from now you will say DAMNNNNNN I could have...I should have...Why didn't I ???
Once again this is my opinion and I like to think the people I have spoke with and the vision that is laid out will come to light in time....
