well at the very risk of sounding cold, uncaring and callous someone was held accountable, TM and he paid for that with his life and that in itself is very tragic and I believe completely unnecessary. I keep coming back to the same point, TM was the aggressor and Bert I will take issue with 1 thing. TM was not a child, he was an adult and given your WHAT IF, if TM had killed GZ then he would have been tried as an adult, so lets get the facts straight.
Bert, given your situation if GZ had gained the upper hand and thus inflicted unreasonable force he would not have been in fear of his life would he and as such he should be held accountable but Bert that is not what the facts are and if you and everyone else keeps with the WHAT IF's, you cant be objective and honest about the end results.
I just think you have mixed in facts and fiction and maybe's and IF in trying to make sense of something that is, according to me and using facts only, cut and dried.
You know TM expressed biased and racial attitudes and given the way he described himself on his personal social accounts, he thought he was a bad A@#, and as such he tried to prove it IMHO
He had his GF on the phone, and in my very outside opinion supported by no facts, TM was gonna show his GF how to take care of a crazy a#$ cracker.......
He thought himself a gangsta IMHO and given his past of trouble making and fights, he was out to prove his bones to himself. He went up to GZ, punched him in the face, knocked him down, broke his nose and was on top of him banging his head into the pavement.
He was being exactly the kind of person he thought of himself and unfortunately for him, the other person he attacked had a fatal way to make him stop and according to law, he used it AFTER TM took it to that level. His impression of himself was reflective of his twitter account name. NO LIMIT NIGGA. A Fact
Forget the baby faced TM and being a KID, he didnt think of himself as a kid, he didnt fight like a kid.
I have really tried to just think of facts in this case and its a very simple and straight forward to me. There was a young man who thought himself a tough guy and he tangled with someone that took his life in self defense.
