Thats not true, what your looking at is the well that has already been drilled well#6 (last year), its active, has a permit and is listed as an oil/gas well on the RICE LEASE(??)...VENCEDOR ENERGY PARTNERS is also listed as an Operator in the State....its good news, not bad news....

If these guys didnt have a lease and permit they wouldnt even be constructing the roads for the drill rigs....This all IMHO...

The permits do not need to be in either of those names. In this case, I believe they are in the name of the master lease holder. I suggest you ask these types of questions on the Xun Energy Forum http://forum.xunenergy.com/. Remember, message boards like this one have ZERO accountability, whereas if you any reply you receive from the company on forum is a direct response from the company. The company is 100% accountable for any replies they publish on the forum. That should give you the assurances you seek.
