I don't think so. Maybe it was in a update later on? Here is an excerpt from an email exchange I had with Tom back in early March.

ME: "I was surprised this great news did not accompany a PR, much like after you hired Bapu Sundar and later Charles Greenlee."

TOM: "I decided not to do a PR since he is not an executive officer of the Company. Neither are Babu or Chuck, but they were the first hires with my new strategy so I made an exception."

No doubt this same logic was applied to Curry joining and Greenlee leaving.
