To me the biggest red flag was when the DOD allowed other platforms to compete. not to long ago, if you worked in the pentagon, you were issued a BB and that was it! The big mistake was to not scope up the software co. who were writing the encryption like SCLD and a few others. BB was always the "go to" phone for secure communication. Not any more, i think are pres uses an apple. Point being BB went to far from their bread and butter, and tried to compete on a consumer level. They should have stayed focused on on the Tech side of the business, remember that was the plan set out by the founder. Mike Lazaridis
