is it possible for uwbkq shareholders to acquire a 42 mill settlement in the form of newly issued preferred fcnca shares...however the fcnca shares have a face value of 150 million...
1 if the market buys into these shares they would determine its value
2. get uwbkq the 5 dollar a uwbkq share settlement without actually paying for it with cash out of pocket.
3.it would raise capital for fcnca
