...we could be SHOCKED by the terms of the SETTLEMENT..........imo...

...the amount of money the Respondents have available is unlimited.........this is important................what if the OCC (U. S. Treasury) and frankie (FCNCA) were broke.....??????......these flunkies could pull 'harvey's' $200MM out of the ashtrays in their rusty mazdas................and they probably already have........................AIMHO......
