IMO:Nokia is only in contempt for the COVERED product sold under its 2G Contract to date..IDCC also has the right to CANCEL it's 2G contract for the remainder of its Termination date of December 31, 2006..That is what the 1999 Contract provides for, IMO.
The court enforces through its contempt power. Basically, if IDCC felt that Nokia didn't pay what was required under the arbitration award, it would move to have Nokia held in contempt. At that time, if there was any dispute as to the amount owed, it would be heard.
