Armada Oil will have to trade at $ 1.00 or above for 30 days before then can trade on a major exchange that's the way I understand it.

The lowest minimum is actually 2 bucks for a certain time if you wanna uplist to the Amex or the Nasdaq. In either case you have to full fill some other financial metrics. Otherwise it's 3 bucks for Nasdaq for example. The one buck minimum for 30 days you mentioned is just the threshold to REMAIN listed if you are already there.
