You are a glass half-empty type of guy. Thanks for not wearing the rose colored glasses and/or drinking the kool-aid. Fred resigned as an officer of the Lightwave Logic due to MEDICAL issues. He VOLUNTARILY entered into a sales restriction agreement on March 21, 2012. Remember, he has no other income.

"Commencing on the Effective Date and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter (March 14, 2013), the Stockholder shall be entitled to dispose of up to an aggregate of 40,000 shares of the Subject Stock every calendar month pursuant to open market transactions" Per agreement

I believe Fred Jr. is very ill and the sales cover medical. I do not care if they sell all their stock.

13 days till witching hour and we are still under the Chines water torture. Unless Tom pulls a rabbit out of the hat , we might be at a 52 week low come 7/26. It will be interesting to see if Fred,Lou, and Allen show up.
