I am not sure why you keep asking this question because it doesn't make sense.

Can you show me anywhere that it says, and I know you have contacts, that it's OK to get a trademark for a federally illegal business.

It seems you are under the mistaken impression that the USPTO vets the company trademark for anything other trademark infringement.

They don't make a distinction between what is legal and what is illegal. Only that it is a unique.
