Sounds like you can't find an example of the federal trademark office backing the trademark of an illegal drug business.

Let's say hypothetically that someone started infringing on say...Medical Greens or PharmaJanes trademarks... Where would they end up? Sued by Medical Greens for infringement, potentially harming the business & the stock value, btw staring at Benz in court, who would have every right to be a plaintiff defending his very legal business. Can't use the courts to sue people for harming your business if your business is illegal, therefore the business is legal.

Then again, who would WANT to deliberately oppose Benz in court anyway?
