I hear you, I always respect constructive criticism.

The logo isn't a make or break for the company in my opinion. Here's why.....

We've seen this before....

Remember, Apple's logo went through multiple changes as time went on. Steve Jobs also got fired in 1985 because that's what happens when your'e a public company, the board can vote you off. Why did he get fired? The businessmen minds thought he didn't have a marketing mind and thus thought they could take Apple in a direction Steve couldn't. So he got fired....While Steve was gone, Apple's vision without him failed. Steve kept his focus and was determined to continue building his vision. Some time passed and Steve Jobs was able to re-claim his position at Apple. How? He started a software company and came up with the Mac OS....and then he sold the software company to Apple! Apple needed him back!!!!

With that said, David Foley is an old school genius with a vision for the future. To be able to understand him and NTEK means you'd have to have forward thinking. What he has accomplished in the last 3 months alone is baffling. He's a techie with focus. He thrives off of figuring out what's next, it keeps him up very late at night and he's excited to wake up in the morning to go at it again. He understands the power the possibilities of what he can accomplish and that's what keeps him so focused.

He now has the backing to bring his vision to fruition. NTEK has all the pieces in place and they've been working their butts off to make sure they deliver products of the future.

Earlier this year, NTEK brought on board several reputable professionals (watch the share holder meeting). To seal the deal, Alan Stone from Nintento/Sega comes in and puts in stamp of approval on NTEK (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/news?id=57987).

These guys are going to make their mark to the IPTV world. These guys bring so much experience and vision, they're combining their masterminds to create a pipeline of products from July 15th all the way out to 2016. R&D stage is COMPLETE.

So simply put, the appearance of the logo is not the most important thing. What's more important is the vision, the team to manufacture & distribute products, and the usability of the products.
