I assume all these shares were 144 and passed 6 mo holding period.

So SFOR must have realized several months ago that revenue was slowing and therefore selling would be necessary to cover burn monthly expenses
The last WEBex speech stated alot of good business coming but in reality, they knew that money was needed???

What do you think???
