Mmbtx I have been fairly positive lately, but I am about to get negative in a hurry. IDCC's top management appear to be bunch of greedy jerks that could care less about the outside shareholders. They only care about themselves. I have been a rather vocal critic of all this insider selling, insider compensation, and insider stock options for quite a while. I have written several emails to the Board of Directors about these issues. Fiduciary responsibility seems to be virtually nonexistant at IDCC. Harry may have waited until after the 10K was released before selling to keep from getting sued. I wonder about all the other insiders who sold before the 10K was released. What else do they know about the 3G indemnifier, or the Sharp contract expiration, or the Nokia/Samsung royalties? Their credibility is about shot.
