someone leaked that a PR was going to be released however they didn't know the contents of it. Hmmm, that's never happened before.

We got back over .06, we have tapped .07 several times. . . .ARCA is fairly tentative today, let's get back over .07 and be patient.

Maybe, Steipp, et al, would like for price to be lower if there is a better chance of a bigger payoff later, etc. Who knows.
