Red, from all of us, I am bringing everyone in, is to say thank you "RED ANGUS", for your candid and concise reply from the legal aspect of this case. Even if we only receive the minimal 3% of the 20% we should see a return on this investment. It is up to each of us independently to make our own decision when the ruling comes out as to handle our shares. Thank you again. GLTA

I agree, Red. Simply nothing left to hold up HJJ's ruling, and I can't imagine he's teeter tottering still on what he's going to do. Just put it on paper, sign off on it, and let's get'er done.

What pisses me off is the ruling may come out while I'm sitting in a seminar and I won't get to see the reaction. Personally, at this point in time, I'd rather he didn't rule until next week. No sense in getting in any rush now. LOL
