100% WRONG and not a single bit of VERIFIABLE DOCUMENTATION to back it up.
ASYI's own SEC FILED DOCUMENTS show 2 subsidiaries and any changes to that would have been REQUIRED FILING OF A MATERIAL EVENT which HAS NOT HAPPENED. Just like the AIS SUBSIDIARY BEING DIVESTED WAS!
