So Adanac already triggered a request about 2 months before the DTC chill started? What request did he trigger? Are you saying adanac sent the SEC your FACTS/TRUTHS and requested the SEC get involved base on what you wrote?

I'm not bothered with what you assume are facts, but I'm sure the SEC would be bothered if the FACTS/TRUTH you composed could be proven.. Has the SEC contacted you requesting evidence of your list of assumptions? I would think they would have by now.
