jvg25 thanks for the input, as for the float it is a simple calculation. Take the total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading which is equal to 100%. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares. Of course the larger the float, the harder to move the price per share.
You can't call Alumifuel a startup, it has been around longer than Facebook. It was started in Seattle in 2003 under the name Hydrogen Power Inc. 10 years later and they still don't have any products to sell.
