jvg25 thanks for the input, as for the float
it is a simple calculation.
Take the total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading which is equal to 100%.
The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.
Of course the larger the float, the harder to move the price per share.
