I understand that but what I was saying is that there are financials posted under the investors tab on their site. They have annual reports from 2006-2012 posted in pdf format and quarterly reports for Mar, Jun, and Sep 31 2012, as well as March 2013.

Last I heard, several days ago, he was completing them, had 9yrs worth to cover, and hoped to have them submitted, right through 2Q '13, by weeks end. Then we'll get long awaited news.

That said, I wouldn't look for anything today. Maybe A/H to say completed and submitted?
