Steve isn't amazing that with all those 144's filed that there were no amendments filed showing that either all or part of those shares weren't sold.

FACT: If a 144 is filed and not all shares or just a portion are sold then an amendment MUST be filed stating so. No such thing as filing and not selling any shares without any further notification/amendment being filed advising of such. NO WAY , NO HOW!
