When I called the transfer agent they gave me the same address as the private Co. Yet when you call the Co. they say that QOWI is not related to the private Co. This makes no sense. The TA cannot be part of this deception because they would be shut down. I believe the TA. My opinion is that the Co. has not activated the shell so they consider the Co. not public at this time. I'm hanging on to this just in case the shell is activated.
