Wouldn't be posting here if I didn't own shares. Sold some still have some. If someone submitted a false filing without the company's being aware, then we've all lost our investment. It's a private company. No sense of selling now, it's a total loss anyway. I was just asking the board on how this type of scam gets perpetrated on the public.
