my guess is that the AVTC CFO is just an accounts payable type of bookkeeper serving as the puppet for the fraudulent management of AVTC

The CFO will probably get a suspension from presenting before the commission, as she is the "gatekeeper" as the SEC calls it. Not worth $65k per year. She should resign to potentially save her career.
