I may sound naive, but here is a bit more questions: Is there any control (by SEC or any regulatory agency) to the increase of number of shares of a OTC or Pink Sheets company? If not, does that mean the company owner can ARBITRARILY increase shares to HIMSELF, and then keep selling his no-cost, never-exhausting shares into the market? If so, the owner's wealth is getting larger, but the value of each share may never get appreciated (rather, it may only get down, because the number of shares in the market is getting larger and larger). To me, it is a horrible scenario. This question came to my mind as I was wondering why there seems ENDLESS supply of low-priced shares sold in the market (lower than the lowest price of stock history), so that the share price is getting lower and lower.
