I don't know Matt Huston, nor do I have any idea what role he played in all this.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to meet you in Austin, I cannot afford the traveling and services fees for my counsel. At this time.

On the other hand, if the Judge wants to meet me, he can do it anytime. My opinions regarding his incompetence and partiality stand.

I have nothing to fear when the truth lies with me, and if I am wrong, there is much more than a few words exchanged in a conversation that will prove that.

Given the marvels of communications today, we can all exchange facts, opinions and views without having to incur in excessive expenses. Invite Matt Huston and Judge Keel to use the communications means and explain their positions.
