There is a real world that most of us live in. You have had opportunity upon opportunity to do the right thing, according to the laws of this country. You gave excuses back then, as you do now.

There is no helping you, as many have stated before me. Then again, as many have said, you really know that truth has prevailed. The majority has spoken, 99.9987%, a percentage that is unheard of in cases such as these, the court has spoken, and the all shareholders received their CDEX stock, plus a few extra shares that Mr. RB Baker kicked in, and Mr. Mark Baker, and Mr. Rod Boone as well. Those shares were all kicked into the big pot and given out to we shareholders.


I know, we all know, how you could have got all of us a much better outcome. The problem is, you did not. You and a very very few non CDEX shareholders type away, trying to belittle the court, Judge Keel, the attorney's, our CEO, and we CDEX shareholders.

Not one of you will ever go before those you stand in Judgement of, and find a court anywhere who will find fault with what has come to be. The efforts of a few, the prayers, the encouragement of many, and the Security Exchange Commission, has allowed each CDEX shareholder a chance to see what the future of CDEX may hold.

All of the efforts by you and a very very few others, who tried to stop the APA, the settlement agreement, and the SEC from allowing CDEX to go public, has failed.

If your Christmas is to be Merry, my hope is it will be.

As for my efforts for CDEX to succeed and we shareholders to have a chance to see it happen, I did all I could do. With the help of a few good people who gave of their time and money, and the extremely hard work that all of those good people at CDEX INC have put in, and continue to put in, just maybe we shareholders of CEXI will someday soon see a share price we all can be proud of.

I will continue to engage the Sassy's of this board, as for you others, if 2006 is to be good to you, my hope is that it will be.

here is an idea,

Rather than me getting involved, no time these days, a perfect place, IMO, would be the shareholders meeting when it happens. The audience would be larger to hear the exchanges, more shareholders if you would. Heck, I would bet, sorry diddy, that maybe an attorney or two might be there.

Now, I am not saying any exchanges at the meeting itself, but a meeting with everyone invited at the hotel before the meeting. Thats the way to do something like this, in the open and have the forum open to anyone.
