lawsuit is one thing. I would be more concerned of what type of evidence comes out of this case in relation to stock fraud. This could open the door for many more lawsuits and possibly authorities investigating the company.if that happens you can kiss this company good bye.
I agree with your assessment of the company and it being so undervalued. I disagree that there are any skeletons in the closet. The three new board members attest to that fact in my opinion. I cannot imagine men of that caliber joining a "shady outfit." They totally validate the company.
This is about the value of the patents. So far we are 2 for 2 and probably worth hundreds of millions. From what I can gather by researching the technology and speaking with experts in the field, if we go 3 for 4 we get a billion. If we go 4 for 4 we get billions. I can't comment on the 5th patent because I really haven't concerned myself with it enough to have any opinion at this point. I guess I honestly never thought it would even come into play and I still do not.
