Wasn't Intertek just the independent third party hired to verify Robert's in-house numbers? Seems that isn't even close to accurate anymore. Why can't they just run the unit for 10-15-30 minutes or whatever and see what temp change, flow and power consumption is? I'll tell you why(IMO), they don't have a water heater capable of heating water sufficient enough to establish any real temp change with good enough flow.
