When the SEC Suspends a stock for failure to file Financials the SEC Admin Law Judge will revoke the stock registration of GMXS even if GMXS were to file any Financials during the Suspension. Simply, it is too late for GMXS to remedy the situation.

Of course, GMXS could always try to file a NEW stock registration but that would not help shareholders of the current stock that will be revoked.

I recommend reading the SEC Suspension and Revocation board to learn what will happen to GMXS.
