If the "action plan" is what I believe it is name & symbol change and acquisition of xinpro and dividend then probably within 4-6 weeks.

The press release gave no timeframe as to when the chill will be lifted. They have not created the action plan yet...according to their pr...if they want to move forward, they need to act. The chill is causing them problems that cannot be eliminated unless the action plan is created, submitted and implemented in a timely matter...those are the facts as they presented them in the news release...anything posted to the contrary is assumptions....speculation....guesswork...opinion..or just plain BS, lol
