Visited the flagship store in a 1946 Hollywood landmark building........... 2 active floor sales 2 backroom employees 3 customers Shoe department: NOT EXCITING Window display: NOT MUCH EXCITEMENT Overall impression: Blend
It is obvious sale volume for this location is mediocre,and not setup as a showcase of being "the ultimate sexy-wear of the Hollywood stars/celebrity choice destination," to thousands of visitors each day on The Walk...it needs a creative director or I have more excitement shopping at JCP.
My view: It needs to bring out the star power to accent its product line...to save money use legacy product/endorsement for window dressing...after all this suppose be the brand of choice by Hollywood stars! Built on it. It just that simple.
