I know what I own in every security I purchase. I like the potential for PPHM going forward or I would have sold. That being said, If one has to "read between the lines" in an official PPHM PR does that not continue to perpetuate the cloak and dagger scenarios already played out with PPHM? I'm asking this as a serious question. An official PR is to state conditions and events that affect the company as well as shareholders IMO. I don't need to have to decipher cryptic messages from PPHM. Transparency from them is key and critical, IMO. I like the stock, I own 3800 shares and I like to be informed with as much info that can be available without compromise to company policy. Have a great weekend all. I know I will carpe diem

Goat, I liked your post, thanks! And while I don't particularly like having to read between the lines, I don't like the Fargo caper even worse! So I see this as a necessary evil.

Since the company is so honest and great, care to take a stab at why a PJ analyst knows that there will be an interim look during our most important trial ever after about 20-30% of patients have evented and why that has not become public knowledge? Just the company working honestly?

You know, because if you think bavi works and will repeat its stat. sig. survival benefit with only 200 patients (like I do), the difference is about 3 years in time to market with an interim look or without one. That's pretty flippin' material in my book for a company that is losing money every year.

That comment at the Cohen conference was the main reason I bought July call options. I thought the interim look would translate into some sort of official accelerated regulatory pathway like "fast-track" or "breakthrough" designation from an FDA trying to save face after such an ugly event last fall.

So while you're "LOL"ing at people for making claims about suing the company I'd say if something doesn't come public by end of next week that, very objectively speaking, it is a blatant violation of Reg FD. If they're just waiting for the FDA minutes to be final, great. However, when you start telling analysts who make public comments about it and don't disclose what the hell he's talking about publicly you are walking a very dangerous line.

And if that information was shared with institutions who bought on Friday and not with the public, how is that not acting on insider information?

I guess it's all IMO, but most of it is pretty factual.

Thanks Goat, you're post is perfect and needed to be said. Too many people trying to over-analyze and getting upset over small bumps in the road. I've done my DD, been here since 99 and feel confident this investment will start to pay off soon....

GLTA!
