This stock will not move and stay up until institutions control it. PPHM knows that, everyone here should know that. If not, then some folks are very naive.
As a retail investor you are not privy to the workings of the company. Just a fact, no reason to to get pissed about it, just how it is. If you were running a company and knew what was going on in regards to:...Lawsuits,Sabotage, Partnering Talks, FDA Opinions, Funding Options would you want to be constantly harassed by retail holders? Would you tell everyone your plans so everyone knew, including the very BP's they are trying to secure the best deal they can? I sure wouldn't....
When they partner, be assured that institutions will be in it b4 then and after.
Now why would they word a PR like that?
In truth, it was pretty darned positive..Just have to figure out why it was worded like it was and it is not because they are stupid, quite the opposite.
Believe it or not CK has actually given this board alot of good info, if you know how to read between the lines. More than I ever thought he would release to retail holders via private emails, that he knew would either get posted or exchanged.

I already know that answer from my DD. Timing of Pr's and data have confirmed it for me. The PHII approval was done during a countdown for delisting, it was done b4 May 31st to ensure R3K inclusion, Fri's PR was because they stated mnths ago that it would be released 1st half of 2013. Traders took the PR as a negative (because we are mostly retail and 90% have no clue how to read a PR and interpret what was said) and sold, Well, guess who probably bought many of those shares? I'm not talking about the R3K from Fri A/H's, I'm talking the shares Thursday and Friday during normal Mkt activities...
I don't think PPHM is going to announce a partner soon, but I think 100% that they will this year and institutions will be in when they do.
Have to laugh about people talking about lawsuits for releasing a PR...Now why did the PJ analyst think the PR was good? because he actually figured it out and knows what it meant and no PPHM did not give him any inside information.
People need to stop with the assumption PPHM is out to screw them. PPHM is out to make a deal in a dirty world, You have a choice, BUY, SELL, HOLD, but crying in not going to do you any good and neither is making idle threats on a mssg board.....
