TFA....if you were big money looking to invest in an energy company....already having a good idea of what type of financial deals ERHC would have (see Addax Prospectus), wouldn't you wait for the legality of contracts before diving in? I would. Especially in this environment. That said, the inking could bring in larger volumes than we've seen in the past. (disclaimer: I thought the same thing with award news....but then NITE and TDCM squelched that potential advance IMHO).

The down side......NITE and TDCM haven't changed their tone yet. If we're down to days, it would seem to me that they would know that and sell for higher.
