Some guy on the phone said "soon" --Mark I appreciate your posts, but this is what that boils down to. It doesn't do anyhting to the stock price or the value of the company to say this, but is only an enticement for people to buy, or hold, based on what some guy on the phone said.

When the PSCs are signed we may see some appreciation. God willing and the creek don't rise( further dilution).
