My guess is that LG is trying to get access to the confidential parts of the determination so they can decide how to move forward. That is why they submitted all of the folks for protective orders. Then they can decide to settle with IDCC or go litigate further. OR who knows what they will come up with. Maybe its to develop a new defense when their time comes at the ITC. MO

LG 's phones may be based around the same air-interface chips as those in this action. Hence, subject to summary judgement motions or similar actions when LG formally reenters the litigation.
