SD, It sounds like you have reservations. I would say to you what I would say to anyone else. If you have any reservations, do not invest one cent into this company. Do not take a chance on one single share. I have done my due diligence and I have risked my money to my comfort level. If I am right (and I believe that I am), it will pay off very handsomely for me. I am not here to convince anyone to buy or sell VPLM shares. Quite frankly I could give a rat's behind who buys or sells. I do not make investment decisions based on anything that I read on a message board and I do not expect anyone to make an investment decision based on anything that I post either.

1. digi even though is listed as gibralta company it also list Vancouver BC Canada as it address.

2. VPLM is US NV Corp.

3. The largest shareholder kipping is from Vancouver BC as well.

Do you think this is another one of his deals.

Specially to the fact that the company has never disclosed how much and how it paid for digi. Its not a partnership or a merger it is acqusition. So vplm bought digi.

No disclosure on board compensation even as a public company.

I think this is one of those non-transparent deals. wonder why the company is against audited financials.
Hard to believ a billion dollar company in the works financials is unaudited.
