That makes sense, however, when did Voip=Pal begin assistance with this process? And if Voip+pal is essentially broke, how other than share dilution did they pay for these expenses? The "acquisition" was merely December 2012 so how long could Digifonica not go through this expensive process?

And another question would be how is the share price .07US if "several fortune 500 companies" have approached the company? It does not make sense to me that if in fact any investment group knew of the potential hidden value of the IP that the current share price would be so low. Certainly there would be more buyers at this price if these fortune 500 companies recognized the true value, is that reasonable to ponder?

To be fair I believe the lawful intercept patent that was awarded makes it worth an investment in the company considering the current market cap. That patent alone must be worth in itself much more than the current valuation shows, however, there remains many questions with non-transparency as most information is kept closed from the shareholders.
