spot on SDTECH. why would you sell patents worth billion to a company that has nothing going for? 0 customers 0 rev - basically a shell for the past 5 years. Digi could have approached msft and got 100m cash for these patents if it is indeed worth it.

How much did VPLM pay for the patents?
How much is vplm paying for the board. we know the company does not have cash so it must be shares right?
To be honest this seems to be backdoor dealing and the last backdoor deals fired in the face of vplm currently with the fraud lawsuit.

Hope they have better answers. As you can see investors do not really believe vplm story.

SDTECH, Digifonica partnered with VoIP-Psl for VoIP-Pal to help them take the patents through the very expensive process. It costs a lot of money to take the patents from idea to allowance, especially when you bring in one of the top patent attorneys in the country. VoIP-Pal was instrumental in helping pay for that costly process.

There are many reasons why a company like Digifonic would sell out cheap. Maybe they were in debt and needed whatever monies they could get. Maybe the inventor, who obviously is smart as a whip but maybe had no business sense! Before you say "that makes no sense" remember the guy that partnered with Bill Gates, (no one else does either) he bailed in the early years for a few thousand bucks, I saw an interview a few months back, says he has no regrets, (ya right) ..... go figure that's just my opinion, as elementary as it may be!!
