What intrigues me about this company is most importantly the lawful intercept patent is issued. It's not a possibility or an idea, it's in writing and a done deal, which is great.

What disuades me is that there is no plausable explanation, that I can find, as to why Digifonica was "acquired" by Voip=Pal. What was in it for the company with such valuable patent prospects, that they needed Voip=Pal at all? Why wasn't this Gibraltar company "acquired" by some mega corporation given the potential value? Maybe SpecInvestor you can chime in and give your thoughts, as there is no information to be found on this subject.

If it seems too good to be true, it generally is.
