$VELA big bidder ($10K) moved up today already (from low 9's to .0101), they maybe looking to start hitting the ask soon, IMO, as that's the first time I've seen him move up in price. Charts are looking to break out I think and we are starting to see some bullish formations start here.

Daily - Nice volume for bottom


Hourly - .014 break confirms a Bullish Inverted H&S reversal in the stock
