Point Roberts cannot be accessed by the USA without a helicopter or boat. It is USA property, but you have to drive through Canada to drive there from the USA. It is the Canadians fun way of saying they went to the US for vacation by car. I spent a week at Semiahmoo Resort to visit some of my Canadian friends at the border. It was funny, one of them has a vaca house in Pt. Roberts and lives in Richmond.
We did it for fun, I waved at him from my hotel at Semiahmoo, while he was at Pt. Roberts. Too bad there was a country in between, well Canadian water.
